healthy living, such as learning how to eat the proper foods
and how to maintain a diet rich in vitamins, calcium, protein
and other important nutrients. Practical eating is a goal within
means and can be easily obtained with a better understanding
of your body. Having a set workout schedule is also key. Even
if it's just moderate activity, the Strength & Fitness staff
will teach you how to exercise when they're not around. Walking,
jogging and lifting weights at home are all constructive ways
