Background:
Keith Boos began exercising under his father’s close supervision at 5 years old. He believed in his father’s discipline early on and understood that sticking with something until the end would be the greatest gift he could give himself. It is a lesson he now passes on to others.
At 9 years old, he was starting midfielder for the Patriot Soccer Club’s travel team. Keith then gained starting positions on the Long Island Select Soccer Team and the New York State Select Soccer Team during high school. He was also the starting midfielder on his high school team, which had a record of 23 straight years in the Long Island playoffs. As an adolescent, Keith’s consistent strength training empowered him with the speed, jumping ability, focus, coordination and endurance needed to become a power athlete. By the age of 16, Keith already possessed enough knowledge, experience and skill to begin training friends and teammates.
Keith attended Springfield College, Massachusetts, where he became a member of the 8-man crew rowing team. He also played rugby and participated in physique competition.
Keith now works with people of all backgrounds and has clients ranging in age from 12 to 76 years young. Carefully seeking out their individual needs, Keith is able to motivate and help his clients reach their maximum potential.
Keith is a Certified Professional Exercise Instructor and a Certified Medical Exercise Specialist. He holds a B.S. in Health Fitness from Springfield College, Massachusetts.
